    We have the excellent design and manufacturing besides the service procedure; therefore, we would endeavor to serve for each customer. Some avoidless errors were occured by the reason of the customized dresses, so please do not stress out firstly if you found below problems:

     (1) Different dress color with the required color (tiny color difference is excluded)
     (2) Wrong size
     (3) Poor handwork, splits or other problems make the dress unwearable
     (4) Different dress type with the picture

    We will solve these problems asap for you by the cooperation from you. We will check the problems within 24 hours after you provided the corresponding photos. Then if the problems were do caused by us, we will definitely re-do a new dress for free to you by covering the shipping fee also in the shortest time if you confirmed the time is enough; otherwise, we will refund back to you within 3 working days (7 work days for the payment as western union) if you really need it urgently while can not wait for the new dress.

    (2) Our tailors would make the decision of the material used for the dress if our customers did not indicate the material previously because all the dress are made based on the pictures showed on the website.
    (3) The real dress could not be 100% the same as the pictures showed on the website because they were just tailored based on the pictures in stead of the real items, but we would guarantee the similarity for more than 95%
